If You Paid A Convenience Fee To Purchase Electronic Tickets To A Movie In A Movie Theater Located Within New York State From Fandango’s Website, Mobile Phone Application, And/Or Any Other Fandango Owned Or Operated Online Platform From August 29, 2022, To And Through March 11, 2024, You May Be Entitled To A Payment From A Class Action Settlement

After clicking the button below, you will be asked to provide the Unique ID you received with your Notice from the Settlement Administrator. If you did not receive a Notice or have lost yours, please contact the Settlement Administrator to obtain your Unique ID.

After submitting your completed Submit a Claim online, you will receive an email with a confirmation code for your completed submission. Receipt of a confirmation code means your Submit a Claim was successfully submitted. If additional information is required, you will be contacted by the Settlement Administrator.



Remember all Claim Forms must be submitted or postmarked no later than March 31, 2025.
